David S. Jacoby is a five-time author and management consultant known for developing the field of global supply chain strategy, planning, and transformation.

While based in Dubai, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Paris, and the United States, he has consulted to energy, automotive, and other clients in over 50 countries on strategic sourcing, procurement, transportation, and operations improvement. He has taught Operations Management at Boston University’s graduate school of business, served as a contributing editor at the Economist Intelligence Unit, and consulted to the World Bank.
